This is a "meme" started by me, and one I really love. Cover Wars takes two covers and puts them against each other. I am a huge fan of book covers, and sometimes I buy books strictly because the cover sucked me in. This week's Cover Wars just kind of remind me slightly of each other and one of these books I happen to enjoy.
The adventures of Tam and Gabriel continue with more time travel, Talents, spy work, and of course, the evil Knights.
Since the gripping conclusion of Once A Witch, Tamsin Greene has been haunted by her grandmother's prophecy that she will soon be forced to make a crucial decision—one so terrible that it could harm her family forever. When she discovers that her enemy, Alistair Knight, went back in time to Victorian-era New York in order to destroy her family, Tamsin is forced to follow him into the past. Stranded all alone in the nineteenth century, Tamsin soon finds herself disguised as a lady's maid in the terrifying mansion of the evil Knight family, avoiding the watchful eye of the vicious matron, La Spider, and fending off the advances of Liam Knight. As time runs out, both families square off in a thrilling display of magic. And to her horror, Tamsin finally understands the nature of her fateful choice.

ReplyDeleteI went with Always a Witch. I like the girl more in Taster but the overall seen in Always a Witch speaks to me more.
Oh this is a tough one D! You know I love Kate's book and the cover, but Always a Witch is also captivating. I hate that you are making me choose!!
ReplyDeleteI like the new poll addition to the post.
ReplyDeleteI chose Always a Witch, I like the overall look of it even though I like the model of Taster more.
Yep, love the poll!
ReplyDeleteI like the lighter sky in Taste. These covers are beautiful, but is it just me, or is the girl in the black dress and stormy sky becoming a bit over done?
I think the girl in the black dress/ the emo girl is being overdone. It is getting hard to tell covers apart these days.
DeleteI had to vote for Always A Witch.... I like the darker colors.
